Why are some appointments missing from my website's Appointment Scheduler and when I click the Smart Book button?If you do not see any appointments (or you believe some are missing), you will want to check your Settings.
First you will want to check your Users (associates) set up. Go to Settings -> Users & Roles -> Users. Make sure that each User has Appointment Type(s) assigned and a Work Schedule set up.
Next you will want to check your Fitting Room set up. Go to Settings -> Appointments & Tasks -> Fitting Rooms. BridalLive must know which Appointment Type(s) that each Fitting Room can handle.
Why are there so many appointments showing under my Smart Book button?
If you are seeing many more appointments than you believe to be correct, it is likely your Fitting Room’s Booking Method is set up as First Available. First Available should only be used if you are not concerned with start and/or end times.
First Available will show appointments starting at your business opening time and repeating every ½ hour until closing.
For example, if Bridal Fitting Room #1 is set as first available for bridal appointments (set to a duration of 1 ½ hrs) & your business opens at 10 am, Smart Book will show availability at 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am & so forth until closing.
To check for your Fitting Rooms’ Booking Method, go to Settings -> Appointments & Tasks -> Fitting Rooms.
