How to joinIf you are on either the Basic, Standard, Standard Plus or Elite plans, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following 4 pieces of information:
- Company Name (your store name):
- Name (person joining the Facebook group):
- Email Address (email that is associated with the Facebook account requesting access - you will need to have access to this email account to accept the invitation):
- The Facebook URL of the person requesting access
*TO BE APPROVED: Your store must be listed in your Facebook work places. This is the only way we can confirm you are a BridalLive customer.
Please provide all information requested so that we may process your application quickly. Within 48 hours of sending this email, you should receive a notification within Facebook to join our group. If you do not, please resend the request.
What happens after you request accessOnce we receive your information, you will be sent an email to the email address provided. Make sure you are logged into the Facebook profile sent to us and then click the Join Group button in the email.
This will open the group Facebook page in your browser, you will need to click the green Join Group button.
You will not be able to see any content in the group until your invite is approved.
