Third Party Application Support Policy

We love that technology has made it easy for us to streamline our customers' day-to-day activities.  By integrating with 3rd party applications like MailChimp and Twilio, we've been able to help our customers make the most of their BridalLive investment with email blasts, automated email marketing, automated Text Messages and so much more.

We are always happy to provide assistance with setting up a 3rd party application integration with BridalLive.

However, our team members are not experts with every application that integrates with BridalLive.  As a result, technical support for 3rd party applications falls outside our technical support policy and is not included in the monthly subscription dues.  

That being said, if you find yourself having trouble with any 3rd party application and have exhausted all avenues for support (i.e. the application provider's support team, your web guy, etc), we will try to help resolve your issue.  The time spent resolving the issue will be billed at our normal billing rate of $99.00/hr with a minimum of one hour. If we are unable to solve your issue, you will not be billed.
