*Do not connect the DYMO printer to your computer until after the software installation is complete.*
You can print labels from BridalLive with the DYMO 450, 450 Turbo, DYMO 550, and 550 Turbo LabelWriter printers. The DYMO 550 LabelWriter series requires the use of ONLY DYMO branded labels.

Updating from the DYMO LabelWriter software to DYMO Connect
If you currently have the LabelWriter software and are updating your DYMO software to DYMO Connect, you must uninstall all the DYMO LabelWriter software from your computer before downloading the DYMO Connect software. Once the LabelWriter software is fully uninstalled, you can install the DYMO Connect software following the user guide for your printer above.
Unplug your DYMO from your computer then follow the uninstall guides below to fully uninstall any previous DYMO software on your computer. This would need to be done for any computer that uses your DYMO printer to print labels.
Once you have all previous DYMO software uninstalled from your computer, follow the correct DYMO User Guide for your DYMO 450 or 550 series.
*If you are installing DYMO onto an Apple computer, you will need to enter your computer Admin password and will be prompted after the install has been complete. You may also need to allow settings in your System Preferences and will be prompted to do that as well when you open the DYMO software.
DYMO Web Service
The DYMO web service must be running to allow the DYMO printer to connect to any website browser, including BridalLive. You will see this running with a DYMO icon on your computer. This could be at the top or bottom, depending on your brand of computer.
If you see this icon on your computer, and you are still unable to find your DYMO printer in BridalLive, click the icon and select Diagnose.
If everything is running correctly, you will receive a message letting you know the DYMO Connect Service is running.
If you do not receive the above message, click Reset on your DYMO Web Service then try Diagnose again. If your web service cannot run successfully on your computer, BridalLive cannot connect to the DYMO printer through the website browser and will not be able to print to it. You will want to contact DYMO to make sure your DYMO Web Service is properly running on your computer.
