Printing Labels in BridalLive
BridalLive supports label printing for a variety of formats including Zebra, DYMO, Avery 5160, and Avery 5167 label printers. Below is a comprehensive guide for installing, configuring, and printing labels throughout the BridalLive platform.
Where You Can Print Labels
Labels can be printed from the same screens as other label formats:
Search Items – print labels in bulk using the Bulk Actions menu
Item Information – print a single label from the Edit screen
Receiving Voucher – print labels for items during receiving
Contact Search – print address labels
Transaction Screen – print Pick-Up Slips
1. Bulk Label Printing from the Item Search Screen
This method is ideal for printing several labels at once based on your filter criteria.
Steps:
- Go to Inventory > Search Items
- Filter the list for the items you want to print
- Set the number of entries shown to All (dropdown on right side of screen)
- Select the checkbox next to each item
- Click Bulk Actions > Print Labels
- Choose your Label Layout and adjust Settings as needed
- Click Print
Label printing preferences can be managed under Settings > Inventory > Preferences
2. Label Printing from the Receiving Voucher
This method is useful during inventory intake.
Steps:
- Receive your items as usual
- Select the items to print
- Click the Print Labels button at the bottom-right of the Receiving Voucher
3. Label Printing from the Item Detail Screen
Perfect for printing a single label.
Steps:
- Go to Inventory > Search Items
- Click Edit next to the item
- Click the Print Label button

Additional Information
Troubleshooting Avery Label Printing
- Use Google Chrome with Default margin settings
- Do not use "Fit to page"
- Ensure 100% scaling in printer settings

Barcode Reader Configuration
If you are using a barcode reader other than the recommended scanners, you may need to configure it to read Code128 barcodes with a minimum length of 1. Refer to your owner's manual or contact the scanner's technical support for assistance.
