If your scanner is paired with the appropriate device, but it isn't scanning, you can follow the steps below to see if your scanner is working properly.
- Open a program or app that will allow you to type into it. Something like Microsoft Word, Pages or the iPad Notes app.
- Make sure the cursor is placed in the program like you are ready to type.
- Scan any BridalLive barcode.
- If the number appears in the program/app, then your scanner is working properly.
