Recommended Subdomain Format
To make it easy for your brides and shoppers to find your store online, we suggest using shop before your domain.
For example: shop.yourstorename.com
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to Your Domain Host's Admin Area
Whether you're using GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, or another host, find your DNS Settings or Manage DNS section—typically located under Settings or Advanced Settings.
2. Add a New A Record

Click Add Record (or similar, depending on your provider).

Type: Select A Record

Host: Enter
shop(this will create shop.yourstorename.com)
3. Point to the BridalLive IP Address

Points to: 20.84.102.212
This directs your subdomain to the BridalLive eCommerce platform. -
TTL: Leave this at the default value (usually 1 hour)
4. Save Your Changes
Click Save to finalize your A Record settings.
5. Verify the Connection
Use MXToolbox DNS Lookup to confirm your A Record is correctly pointing to BridalLive.

shop.yourstorename.com -
Click DNS Lookup

The IP address returned should be 20.84.102.212
