Step 1 - Obtain Embed Code for the form
To obtain the embed code which puts our forms on your website, click Settings Expand Website Forms menu option Select the form you'd like to embed (i.e Lead Form, Appointment scheduler, etc).
On the settings page, you will see an "Embed Code" text field. Select all of the text in that area and copy it to your clipboard.
Step 2 - Paste it on your web page
Now you need to go to your website editor and decide where you would like to include the form. Once you've located that area, just paste in the embed code.
You will need to be logged in to your website editor program to do that. Many folks use Wordpress, SquareSpace, Wix, or GoDaddy.
Step 3 - Configure
Once the embed code is in place, you should see your website form on your web page. If you'd like to change the appearance of the form, go back to the settings for that form (Settings Website Forms Your Form) and you can change background colors and a variety of the text elements.
The appointment request form has 3 versions of varying lengths. If you would like to shorten the form, you can modify the embed URL to append on of these 3 options "&mode=Short1", "&mode=Short2", "&mode=Short3". For example:

Bonus Step
Always Test it after putting it in place
There are so many cool things that can be brought to life when using BridalLive, but you always want to test things before putting them into practice. It's usually best to have a Contact record for yourself to use when testing.
