The BridalLive software is flexible enough to handle tuxedo rentals with ease. That being said, BridalLive does not have tuxedo rental functionality in the same capacity that tuxedo rental companies do (ie Jim's Formalwear).
Many BridalLive clients use BridalLive to track tuxedos and other rental sales in addition to BridalLive most use a tuxedo rental company's software to track the checking in and out of specific tuxedos.
Entering tuxedo inventory into BridalLive
To enter tuxedo inventory into BridalLive, you will want to make sure that the ITEM TYPE is marked as a RENTAL. The Item Type Rental can be added to a Sale, Layaway, and Special Order transaction type irregardless of OHQ but BridalLive can track the OHQ if you carry an OHQ for your Rentals.
Enter the all of the tuxedo items that you plan to add to an order. For example, you would enter Diamond Collection, Shoes w/tuxedo, shoes without tuxedo, Vest & tie, etc. Each item will be given a price which would reflect the rental price.
