This article provides an overview of the Stripe integration available within BridalLive.
Who Can Use Stripe?
Stripe is available to BridalLive retailers located outside of the United States and Canada.
Retailers located in the United States and Canada use BridalLive Pay as their integrated payment processing solution and are not eligible for the Stripe integration.
Overview
BridalLive integrates with Stripe to provide a secure, fully integrated payment experience. Once connected, Stripe can be used to process customer payments within BridalLive and accept in-person payments using compatible Stripe Terminal devices.
Each store connects its own Stripe account to BridalLive.
Where to Find Stripe Settings
To view or manage your Stripe connection, navigate to:
Settings > Integrations > Merchant Account > Stripe
This page displays your Stripe connection status and allows you to create a new Stripe account or connect an existing Stripe account to BridalLive.
How Stripe Works with BridalLive
When Stripe is connected:
- Payments are processed through your Stripe account
- Funds are deposited into your bank account based on your Stripe payout schedule
- Refunds can be initiated through BridalLive or directly within Stripe
- In-person payments can be accepted using supported Stripe Terminal devices
- BridalLive securely transmits payment information to Stripe without storing full card details
Accepting In-Person Payments
BridalLive supports in-person payments through compatible Stripe Terminal devices.
The recommended terminal for BridalLive retailers is the Stripe S710 Smart Terminal, which supports tap, chip, and swipe payments in a customer-facing device.

Managing Your Stripe Account
Your Stripe account is managed directly through Stripe.
Stripe controls:
- Bank account information
- Payout schedules
- Account ownership
- Verification requirements
- Disputes and chargebacks
- Processing fees and account settings
BridalLive cannot modify these settings on your behalf.
Important Notes
- Each store must connect its own Stripe account
- Stripe account verification must be completed before payments can be processed
- Stripe Terminal devices require a connected and verified Stripe account
- Stripe cannot be disconnected by the store once connected
- Certain Stripe features and services may vary by country
Getting Started
To get started, navigate to:
Settings > Integrations > Merchant Account > Stripe
From there, you can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing Stripe account directly from BridalLive.
