To link your Stripe account to BridalLive:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Merchant Account > Stripe
- Click on “Start Stripe Connect” under the Stripe Settings section

If you have completed your Stripe Onboarding, you will be prompted to authorize BridalLive to access your Stripe account.
If you have not completed your Stripe Onboarding, you will be prompted to begin the Onboarding. This is a series of questions about your business, and you will want to be prepared with the necessary information like your CRN, banking information, verification documents for yourself & the business, etc.
- After completing the onboarding, you will be redirected to BridalLive’s Stripe settings page. Your Stripe Account ID will be automatically added.
Adding your Location to BridalLive:
After linking your Stripe account to BridalLive, you’ll need to add a location. Click on the “Add Location” button on BridalLive’s Stripe settings page.
Adding your Stripe terminal to BridalLive:
Once a location has been added, you’ll see an option to add a terminal. Click on Add Terminal to get started. You will be prompted to name your terminal and add the Registration Code displayed on the terminal’s screen. You can find more information about the terminal (including troubleshooting) here.
Tip Settings
You will now see an option to enable Tips. If enabled, you will be able to select if you would like to process every terminal payment with Tips, whether these Tips are a percentage of the payment or a set amount. After making changes to these Tip options, please be sure to click on Save at the top of the screen to preserve your changes.

What Happens After You Connect
- Payments can be processed in BridalLive
- Funds are deposited into your Stripe‑linked bank account
- Refunds can be issued from BridalLive or Stripe
- In‑person payments can be accepted using Stripe Terminal devices
Important Limitations
- Stripe cannot be disconnected by the store once connected
- If Stripe requires additional verification, payments may be temporarily restricted
- BridalLive cannot make changes to your Stripe account on your behalf
Troubleshooting
- Confirm you have Admin or Owner permissions
- Ensure pop‑ups are enabled in your browser
- Log in to your Stripe Dashboard to complete any required verification steps
