When creating a rental order, you select item types and sizes—not the specific pieces.
Assembly ensures:
- The correct item is reserved
- Inventory is accurately tracked
- The order is ready for pickup
Steps to Assemble an Order
- Navigate to Smart View
- Select Ready for Assembly
- Open the order
- Click Assemble
- Choose a serial number for each item
- Save
What Happens Next
- The order moves to Ready for Pickup
- Items are reserved and unavailable for other orders
