HQ user roles
Every HQ user has one role. The role controls what they see in HQ and what they can manage.

| Owner | Full access across all stores in your HQ. The only role that can manage users and user roles. |
| Admin | Elevated access across all stores in your HQ. Cannot manage users or user roles. |
| Store Manager | Full access to their assigned store. Cannot manage users or user roles. |
| Sales Rep | Read-only access to contacts and appointments for their store. No financials or users. |
| Analyst | Read-only access to reports and financials. |
| Store SSO | Single sign-on into linked stores only. No access to the HQ dashboard. |

Manage users
Only Owners can invite users, disable them, change roles, and reset MFA. Go to Users in the left menu. [Add: where to find the Role Permissions view.]
Tips
- Give people the lowest role that covers their job. Most leadership dashboards need Admin or Analyst, not Owner.
- Store Managers and Sales Reps see only their assigned store. [Confirm how store assignment works.]
- Remove or disable anyone who leaves your business. This is part of the access agreement from the setup form.
