BridalLive offers several ways to contact our support team depending on the type of assistance you need. Using the appropriate support channel helps ensure your request is routed to the right team and resolved as quickly as possible.

Email support allows our team to properly track, prioritize, and respond to requests through our support system.
When submitting a request, please include:
Your store name
A clear description of the issue
Screenshots or examples, if applicable
Requests sent directly to individual BridalLive team members may be redirected to the support system to ensure proper tracking and response.

Using the support form helps ensure that your request is routed to the appropriate team and includes the information needed to begin troubleshooting.
Phone Support
Phone support is available for issues that require immediate discussion or troubleshooting.
If a phone call is required to resolve a support issue, our team may return your call or schedule a call with you during business hours.

Scheduled Meetings
For onboarding sessions, training, or more detailed discussions, meetings can be scheduled through our team using Calendly.
Scheduling a meeting allows our team to prepare in advance and ensure the appropriate team member is available to assist you.
Emergency Support
Emergency support is available outside of normal business hours if you are unable to access your BridalLive software.
For BridalLive software emergencies, please send an email to help@bridallive.com with a description of the issue. Including screenshots or details about what you are experiencing can help our team diagnose the problem more quickly.
Please also include a mobile phone number where you can be reached by text message so our team can contact you if additional information is needed.
If you experience an issue with BridalLive Pay terminals, after-hours and weekend emergency assistance is available through Fullsteam Payment Support.

If a terminal issue occurs outside of business hours, you may also continue accepting payments using alternative methods such as:
