How to Request Cancellation
To submit a cancellation request, please contact our team by email at help@bridallive.com.
A member of our team will review your request, confirm your account details, and provide the official cancellation form for completion.
This process ensures that:
- Your request is securely processed
- Any billing or payment considerations are reviewed
- Your account is closed accurately without disruption
What Happens Next
Once your completed cancellation form is submitted:
- Your request will be processed within your current billing cycle
- Your account will remain active through the end of your paid period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days following cancellation
- Reactivation is available during this time if needed
Billing and Cancellation Timing
- Primary accounts are scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period
- Subscriptions are non-refundable and are fulfilled through the end of the current billing period
- Charges are not prorated
