From time to time, BridalLive may add new templates that are not in your pre-existing BridalLive account. Follow the guide below to add a new HTML email template to your BridalLive account.
- Navigate to the Email Templates page in BridalLive
- Click More Actions > Add Template
- Fill in all required fields for your newly added template
- Name - Add a name for your template for viewing inside of BridalLive
- Status - Active templates will be available to send, Inactive templates will not be available to send
- Type - HTML
- Subject - Give your template a subject that your customer will see when the email is received
- Body - click the <> icon to open the HTML section of your BridalLive template
- Navigate to the email template's HTML you are wanting to add to BridalLive. For an email template from a BridalLive article, click on the email template link from the article to open up the text file.
- Select all text - This will highlight all of the HTML text on the screen

- Windows - Ctrl + A (keyboard shortcut)
- Mac - Cmd + A (keyboard shortcut)
- Copy all text - This will copy all of the currently highlighted text
- Windows - Ctrl + C (keyboard shortcut)
- Mac - Cmd + C (keyboard shortcut)
- Navigate back to the HTML of your newly added BridalLive template
- Select all text - You will want to select all of the already existing HTML text in the BridalLive template
- Windows - Ctrl + A (keyboard shortcut)
- Mac - Cmd + A (keyboard shortcut)
- Paste all text - You will be pasting all of the text that is on your computer's clipboard. This will be all of the HTML you copied.
- Windows - Ctrl + V (keyboard shortcut)
- Mac - Cmd + V (keyboard shortcut)
- Click Ok
- Save Template
