Add Additional Location

Request BridalLive Trial for New Location

1. Logout of your current BridalLive account - Click your name in the top right and select Logout
2. Navigate to the BridalLive Request a Trial page - you must be logged out of any current BridalLive accounts
3. Fill out the request page with the new location details.

Create BridalLive Account

1. Once BridalLive receives the trial request, an invite will be sent to the email address you filled out on the form.
2. Fill out the signup form. Your email address and username must be unique from any other BridalLive account signups. You can update these once the account is created.
3. Click Sign Up
4. *You will not add credit card details to your new account. All billing will take place under your main, original location

Setup new BridalLive Account

1. You will want to get your new BridalLive account set up just how you would like
2. BridalLive cannot duplicate another BridalLive account to mimic any other location's setup
3. You may use the 30-day free trial for setup if you would like, but you must be on a paid plan to use the multi-store features and activate your plan for emailing and file uploads. *See additional details below

Upgrading to Elite and Billing

*No credit card details will be added to the new location. All billing will take place under the primary billing account.

1. Once you are ready to use the multi-store features available with BridalLive, both accounts will need to be on the paid Elite Plan. 
2. Upgrade your billing on your primary billing location (if not already)
   1. Log into BridalLive with your main location username and password
   2. Navigate to Account Settings 
   3. Click on Change Plan
   4. Select Elite Plan
   5. You will be billed a pro-rated amount for the Elite Plan subscription amount based on the current date and your next billing date
3. Email your Account Manager to let them know you would like to update your subscription plan and billing for your new location - click the ? in the top right of BridalLive and select Contact Us

Once both locations are on the BridalLive Elite Plan, you can continue setting up multi-store features in BridalLive.
