Google Chrome has a known bug with its newest version that causes the print preview screen not to show when you choose to print your invoices, reports, etc.
We expect Google Chrome to fix the problem, but in the meantime use the following options below to print the documents that BridalLive displays.
After clicking the "Print" button in BridalLive, a new tab will open up with the Invoice/Report/etc in it. Since the latest version of Chrome prevents the Print Preview window from showing, you will have to choose to print the PDF yourself. You can do this by clicking the Print Icon within the PDF or by using a short cut.
Windows - use the shortcut Ctrl + P to print
Mac - use the shortcut Cmd + P to print
If you would prefer to have the Print Preview show, then you will want to use a different browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox. You can also use any of your already installed browsers like Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Internet Explorer.
