Beta expectations
The BridalLive beta experience is under active development and updated regularly. During this phase, some functionality is intentionally limited or may redirect you to the legacy application at app.bridallive.com.
This is expected behavior and does not impact your data or daily operations.
Accessing the Beta Site
You can access the beta experience at beta.bridallive.com. The beta runs alongside the existing BridalLive application at app.bridallive.com.
Both environments use the same underlying data. Any updates you make to appointments, contacts, or orders in one environment will appear in the other.
Participation in the beta is optional. You may move between beta.bridallive.com and app.bridallive.com at any time.
Your Login Credentials
Your existing BridalLive username and password will give you access to both environments. There is no separate account setup required and your permissions and user roles remain consistent across app.bridallive.com and beta.bridallive.com.
A Major Upgrade: Mobile Access
One of the most significant improvements in the beta experience is its responsive design. The interface adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, allowing you to work efficiently across screen sizes.
Layouts and navigation may differ depending on your device, but the available information and functionality remain consistent.
Navigation Adapts to Device
In the beta experience, navigation adjusts based on screen size. On larger screens, navigation elements may appear across the page, while on smaller screens the same sections may be stacked or repositioned for easier access.
Help articles reference section names rather than fixed menu locations to account for these difference
What Is Different in the Beta Experience
Streamlined, Single-Page Workflows
The beta experience focuses on modernized layouts and streamlined access to commonly used workflows. Some advanced or administrative actions are not part of the beta and remain available in the legacy application.
The beta experience brings all commonly used tools into the main module search pages. All smart filters are now accessible directly from the primary search page within each module. You will also find the Smart Filters, Bulk Actions, and filtering options in this same location. This layout reduces extra navigation and keeps your key actions together.
New Notification Review Page
The beta site introduces a dedicated page for managing your notifications. This page allows you to view all dismissed notifications and quickly locate what you need by sorting through the available categories. You can also mark all notifications as read.
Notification categories include:
• Appointments
• Payments
• Marketplace
• System
• Other
This structure gives you a full history of activity and improves visibility into what has been reviewed and what still requires attention.
Updated Access to Your Account Manager
Your account manager’s information is now located in the bottom left corner of the beta interface. This placement keeps their contact details accessible at all times while you work.
What Stays the Same
Your data. Both beta and legacy environments share the same database.
Core workflows remain available across the beta and legacy applications.
You can move between app.bridallive.com and beta.bridallive.com at any time.
No customer-facing changes occur as a result of using the beta interface.
When to use the legacy application
Some actions are not available in the beta experience yet, including:
Payment setup, refunds, and advanced payment actions
Reporting and analytics
Administrative and system settings
Work schedules and advanced configuration
For these actions, continue using app.bridallive.com.
Who Should Use the Beta
The beta environment is ideal for users who want early access to updated page layouts and simplified workflows. We welcome feedback and will continue enhancing the experience as we prepare for full release.
