Overview
BridalLive Beta supports viewing and managing daily appointment activity in a redesigned, responsive interface. While the layout differs from the legacy application, appointment data remains shared across both environments.
This article explains what you can do with appointments in BridalLive Beta and when you may need to return to app.bridallive.com.
Viewing appointments
In BridalLive Beta, you can view appointment activity through the calendar and directly within contact records.
You can:
View upcoming and past appointments
See appointment details tied to a contact
Navigate daily schedules more easily on desktop and mobile
The calendar layout adapts based on your device, but the underlying appointment data remains the same.

Appointments within contact records
Appointments associated with a contact appear within the Appointments section of the contact record.
From this section, you can:
Review appointment history
See scheduled appointment details
Navigate between related customer activity

Creating and updating appointments
Basic appointment workflows are available in BridalLive Beta. However, some appointment-related actions or configurations may not be available yet.
If you do not see an option you expect when working with appointments, this is likely because the action remains in the legacy application.
Calendar configuration and scheduling rules
Advanced calendar configuration is not part of BridalLive Beta yet.
This includes:
Associate scheduling rules
Work schedules
Advanced calendar setup
For these actions, continue using app.bridallive.com.
Desktop and mobile differences
BridalLive Beta is designed to work across devices.
On desktop, the calendar may display more information at once
On mobile, views are simplified for easier navigation
Regardless of layout, appointment information and availability remain consistent.

If something isn’t available
If you are unable to complete an appointment-related action in BridalLive Beta:
Confirm whether the action involves configuration or scheduling rules
Access app.bridallive.com to complete the task
Return to BridalLive Beta to continue daily operations
This is expected behavior during the beta phase.
What hasn’t changed
Appointment data is shared between the beta and legacy applications
Updates made in one environment appear in the other
No data is lost when switching between interfaces
