BridalLive Beta is under active development and updated regularly. During this phase, some features and workflows are not available in the beta interface and must still be completed in the legacy application at app.bridallive.com.
The items listed below reflect current beta limitations and are expected during this stage.
Payments and financial actions
The following payment-related actions are not available in BridalLive Beta:
Payment setup and configuration
Refunds and payment adjustments
Advanced payment management
Payment reporting and reconciliation
For these actions, continue using app.bridallive.com.
Admin and system settings
Administrative configuration is not available in the beta interface, including:
System and store settings
User permissions and roles
Work schedules
Advanced calendar configuration
Multi-location and account-wide management
All administrative actions remain in app.bridallive.com.
Reporting and analytics
Reporting is not available in BridalLive Beta.
Sales, performance, and operational reports must be accessed through app.bridallive.com.
Tasks and advanced workflows
Full task management is not available in the beta interface.
For task creation, assignment, and management, use app.bridallive.com.
Expected behavior during beta
While using BridalLive Beta, you may experience:
Redirects to app.bridallive.com for certain actions
View-only access in some areas
Layout differences based on device or screen size
These behaviors are expected and do not indicate missing data or system issues.
What has not changed
Your data is shared between the beta and legacy applications
Updates made in one environment appear in the other
No data is lost when switching between interfaces
