Overview
BridalLive Beta is the updated BridalLive experience, designed to make everyday workflows easier to access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The Beta interface works alongside the existing BridalLive application while additional functionality continues to be developed and released.
Both environments use the same BridalLive data, so you can move between BridalLive Beta and the legacy application as needed without duplicating your work.
Accessing BridalLive Beta
Access BridalLive Beta at: beta.bridallive.com
The legacy BridalLive application remains available at: app.bridallive.com
Your existing BridalLive username and password provide access to both environments. No separate account setup is required, and your permissions and user roles remain consistent between Beta and legacy.
What Is Available in BridalLive Beta

- Contacts
- Activities
- Calendar and appointments
- Smart View
- Inventory
- Gallery
- Transfer Requests

- Departments
- Physical Inventory

Additional functionality will continue to be introduced as the Beta experience expands.
Mobile and Responsive Access
BridalLive Beta is designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
There is no separate mobile application to install. Open beta.bridallive.com from the web browser on your phone or tablet and sign in using your existing BridalLive credentials.
The interface automatically adapts to your screen size, so navigation and page layouts may appear differently on smaller devices.
For more information about desktop and mobile navigation, see Navigating BridalLive Beta.
What Is Different in BridalLive Beta
BridalLive Beta introduces updated layouts designed to keep commonly used tools and information together.
Search Pages and Filters
Search pages are designed to act as your main workspace.
Depending on the area you are using, you may have access to:
- Search
- Filters
- Smart Filters
- Advanced Filters
- Bulk Actions
- Add or create actions
Smart Filters and other filtering options are available directly from the primary search page, reducing the need to navigate between separate screens.
Drawers
Many workflows in BridalLive Beta use drawers.
A drawer opens from the current page and allows you to review or edit available information without completely leaving your search results.
This makes it easier to work through multiple records while keeping your current search and results available.
For more information about search pages, Smart Filters, drawers, and navigation, see Navigating BridalLive Beta
Updated Notifications
BridalLive Beta includes a dedicated notification page for reviewing activity and alerts.
You can review previously dismissed notifications, mark notifications as read, and filter notifications by category.
Notification categories include:
- Appointments
- Payments
- Marketplace
- System
- Other

- Your user permissions remain consistent
- You can move between Beta and legacy as needed
- Using the Beta interface does not change the experience your customers see
When to Use the Legacy Application
Not every BridalLive workflow is available in Beta yet.
Some advanced, administrative, reporting, and payment-related workflows may still require the legacy application.
If an option you need is not available in BridalLive Beta, continue the workflow at app.bridallive.com.
For additional guidance, see Using BridalLive Beta Alongside the Legacy Application and Known Limitations in BridalLive Beta.
Getting Help and Sharing Feedback
Select Support from the BridalLive Beta navigation to access available support resources, including the Help Center, contact options, feature requests, BridalLive Community, screen sharing, and other support tools.
For more information about finding Support and moving through the updated interface, see Navigating BridalLive Beta.
Feedback from Beta users helps us continue improving the BridalLive experience as additional functionality is introduced.
