Overview
BridalLive Beta introduces an updated navigation experience designed to make everyday workflows easier to access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Because the Beta interface is responsive, navigation and page layouts may adjust based on the device and screen size you are using.
This guide explains how to move through BridalLive Beta, find commonly used areas, work from search pages, and use drawers to review and edit information without leaving your current workflow.
Accessing BridalLive Beta
Access BridalLive Beta at: beta.bridallive.com
There is no separate mobile app to download.
You can access BridalLive Beta at any time from the web browser on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device by visiting beta.bridallive.com and signing in with your existing BridalLive credentials.
The interface automatically adjusts to the size of the device you are using.
Desktop Navigation
On desktop, the main BridalLive Beta navigation appears along the left side of the screen.
Primary areas include:
- Contacts
- Activities
- Inventory
- Marketplace
- Prom Registry
- Reputation Management
- Support
Some navigation areas can be expanded to display additional options.
Inventory Navigation
Select Inventory to expand the available Inventory areas:
- Items
- Gallery
- Transfer Requests
- Vendors
- Departments
- Physical Inventory
Select the area you want to open from the expanded navigation.

Marketplace Navigation
Select Marketplace to expand the available Marketplace areas:
- My Marketplace
- Search Marketplace
- Download Queue
Select the appropriate option based on the Marketplace workflow you want to complete.

Top Navigation
Additional commonly used areas are available across the top of BridalLive Beta.
These include:
- Home
- Smart View
- Calendar
- Online Tools
The options available to you may vary based on your BridalLive setup and user permissions.
Navigating on Mobile and Smaller Screens
BridalLive Beta is designed to adapt automatically to smaller screens.
There is no separate mobile application to install. Open beta.bridallive.com from the web browser on your phone or tablet and sign in using your existing BridalLive credentials.
On smaller screens, navigation is condensed to provide more room for the information and workflow you are using.
Commonly used navigation options that appear across the top of the desktop experience will move to the bottom of the screen on mobile. Additional module navigation is available by selecting the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner.
Because the layout responds to your screen size, a feature may not appear in the same location on mobile that it does on desktop.
BridalLive Help Center instructions will reference the name of an area or section whenever possible rather than relying only on a fixed location on the screen.
Search Pages Are Your Main Workspace
One of the key changes in BridalLive Beta is that search pages are designed to function as your primary workspace.
Instead of moving between separate pages to search, filter, and manage information, commonly used tools are available directly from the search page.
Depending on the area you are working in, you may see options such as:
- Search
- Filters
- Smart Filters
- Advanced Filters
- Bulk Actions
- Add or create actions
Smart Filters are available directly from the main search page, allowing you to narrow your results without navigating to a separate Smart Filter screen.
For example, the Inventory Items page allows you to search, apply filters, access Smart Filters, and work with item results from the same page.
Using Drawers to Review and Edit Information
Another important change in BridalLive Beta is the use of drawers.
A drawer opens from the current page and allows you to review or edit information without completely navigating away from your search results.
This makes it easier to work through multiple records while keeping your current search and results available.
A typical workflow may look like this:
- Search for the record or item you need.
- Select a result from the search page.
- Review or edit the available information in the drawer.
- Save your changes, when applicable.
- Close the drawer to return to your search results.
Because the drawer opens over your existing page, you can continue working from the same list without restarting your search each time.
The information and actions available within a drawer will depend on the area of BridalLive you are using.
Getting Help and Support
Support is available near the bottom of the BridalLive Beta desktop navigation.
Select Support to access available BridalLive resources.
Current options include:
- Getting Started Guide
- Help Center
- Request & Vote for Features
- Contact Us
- BridalLive Community
- Share Your Screen
- BridalLive Bot
If You Cannot Find a Feature
If you cannot find the feature or action you are looking for in BridalLive Beta:
- Confirm that you are in the correct area of BridalLive.
- Check whether the navigation section can be expanded.
- Review the search page for available actions, filters, and Smart Filters.
- Open the applicable record to check for additional actions available within a drawer.
- Confirm that you are working in the correct store or location.
- If an option is still unavailable, the workflow may currently require the legacy BridalLive application.
