Overview
Inventory in BridalLive Beta includes the same core Inventory workflows you are familiar with, presented in the updated Beta interface.
The primary differences are how you navigate Inventory, access filters and Smart Filters, open records in drawers, and work with Bulk Actions directly from the search results.

Accessing Inventory
On desktop, select Inventory from the left navigation.
Inventory expands to provide access to:
- Items
- Gallery
- Transfer Requests
- Vendors
- Departments
- Physical Inventory
Select Items to open the main Inventory search page.
Inventory Items
The Inventory Items page is the primary workspace for searching and managing inventory.
From this page, you can:
- Search inventory items
- Apply filters
- Use Smart Filters
- Turn Advanced Filters on or off
- Select multiple items for Bulk Actions
- Import inventory
- Add a new item
Adding an Inventory Item
To add a new Inventory item:
- Open Inventory.
- Select the plus sign next to Items.
- Enter the item information in the drawer that opens.
- Save the item when finished.
The drawer allows you to add the item while keeping the Inventory search page available in the background.
Advanced Filters
Inventory Items includes an Advanced Filters option that can be turned on or off.
When enabled, additional search criteria become available so you can further narrow your Inventory results.
Use Advanced Filters when the standard search and filter options do not provide enough detail for the items you are trying to locate.
Smart Filters
Smart Filters are available directly from the Inventory Items search page.
Select Smart Filters to access your existing Smart Filters without navigating to a separate Smart Filter page.
This allows you to apply saved filtering criteria while staying within the Inventory workflow.
Selecting Items and Using Bulk Actions
Bulk Actions become available after you select one or more Inventory items from the search results.
Select the checkbox next to the items you want to work with.
Once an item is selected, the actions available above the results change to display Bulk Actions.
Depending on the selected items and your available permissions, these may include actions such as:
- Change Sales Price
- Export to Excel
- Print Labels
- Change Status
- Additional Bulk Actions
Use the three-dot menu to view additional available Bulk Actions.
When no Inventory items are selected, the primary page actions return to options such as Import and Add Item.
Reviewing and Editing Inventory Items
Select an Inventory item from the search results to open the full item record.
From the item record, you can review and update the available Inventory information.
When you are finished, return to the Inventory Items search page to continue working with your results.
Other Inventory Areas
Additional Inventory workflows are available from the expanded Inventory navigation, including:
- Gallery
- Transfer Requests
- Vendors
- Departments
- Physical Inventory
The core functionality within these areas remains consistent with BridalLive, while the layout and navigation may reflect the updated Beta experience.

Mobile Access
Inventory can also be accessed from BridalLive Beta on a phone or tablet.
There is no separate mobile application to install. Open beta.bridallive.com from your mobile browser and sign in using your existing BridalLive credentials.
The Inventory layout adjusts automatically to the available screen size, so navigation, filters, tables, and actions may appear differently than they do on desktop.

What Has Not Changed
Although the Inventory interface has been updated:
- Your existing Inventory data remains the same
- Beta and legacy use the same underlying BridalLive data
- Existing Smart Filters remain available
- Core Inventory workflows remain consistent
- Changes made in Beta are available in the legacy application
- Changes made in legacy are available in Beta
