Contact records in BridalLive Beta use a redesigned, responsive layout that adapts based on your device. While the layout may look different from the legacy BridalLive application, all contact information and activity remain connected to the same record.
This article explains how to navigate contact records in the beta interface without relying on fixed menu locations.
Understanding contact sections
In BridalLive Beta, contact records are organized into sections rather than a left-hand menu. Each section groups related information and actions.
Common contact sections include:
Contact Details
Appointments
Orders
Payments
Notes and Tasks
These section names remain consistent, even if their placement changes based on screen size.

Desktop and mobile layouts
BridalLive Beta is fully responsive and adjusts to your device.
On desktop or larger screens, contact sections typically appear in a horizontal, tab-style layout.
On mobile or smaller screens, the same sections are stacked vertically.
Although the layout changes, the information and actions remain the same.

Moving between sections
To navigate within a contact record:
Open the contact.
Select the section that matches the information or action you need.
Review or update the details within that section.
Help Center instructions reference section names rather than exact placement to ensure guidance works across devices.
Viewing and updating information
Most daily, customer-facing actions can be completed directly within a contact record in BridalLive Beta, including:
Reviewing appointment history
Viewing orders tied to the contact
Adding notes related to customer interactions
Some actions may be view-only or unavailable during the beta phase.

If you do not see an option you expect, this is likely because the action is not part of the beta yet.
