If you need to update the bank account used for transaction deposits in BridalLive, our team can assist once we receive the appropriate verification documentation.
Accepted Documentation
To update your bank account, please provide one of the following:
Option 1: Voided Check
A clear copy or photo of a voided check from the account you would like to use for deposits.
Please note that starter checks are not accepted.
Option 2: Bank Verification Letter
If you prefer to submit a bank verification letter, it must include all of the following:
Bank letterhead
Your full name
Your business name
Account number
Routing number
Signature from a bank representative
Submitting Your Documents
Once you have one of the approved documents ready, please send it to the BridalLive support team. After receipt, we will review the information and update your account accordingly.
