If you are signing up for BridalLive and already have an existing merchant account, our team will review your payment options with you during the signup process so you understand how integrated payments work, what features are available, and whether any fees may apply.
For existing BridalLive accounts, BridalLive only directly integrates with BridalLive Pay, powered by Fullsteam. You may continue taking credit card payments through an external terminal, but those payments will not be integrated with BridalLive and must be manually entered into the system for recordkeeping.
Please note that existing accounts that choose not to process through BridalLive Pay may be subject to a monthly non-processing fee. External processing may also limit access to integrated payment features, including cards on file, payment plans, appointment booking or cancellation fees, payment requests, integrated receipts, and centralized software and payment support.
