Welcome to the Getting Started Guide for BridalLive! Our goal with this guide is to make it as easy as possible for you to get started with BridalLive.
Before we jump into the setup, take a moment to review some of the frequently asked questions we receive from our clients. If you'd rather just jump in, go to Step #1.
How long does setup take to get started, once I have signed up for BridalLive?
Most of our customers are up and running in just a few days. The timing mostly depends on how quickly you want to get started! We turn around everything within 24 hours (Monday-Friday during regular business hours).
What hardware is compatible with BridalLive?
BridalLive is hardware-independent, meaning you can use any device with an internet browser and an internet connection. View our Hardware Support Page to review the hardware we have tested and recommend.
Do you offer training?
Yes!
Everyone who signs up for a paid account will have access to 1 on 1 onboarding guidance via phone, email, and screen share. When you signup, your Account Manager will contact you to schedule your Onboarding Call. You can locate your Account Manager by going to the ? in the top right of your BridalLive program and selecting Contact Us. Your Account Manager will walk you through all of the features and answer all questions to make sure you are ready to begin using BridalLive to make your business more successful!

How do I transition from my old system to BridalLive?
If you are an existing store, then you'll need to first load in your inventory and vendors (view data importing video). Then you'll need to load in all of your Pending Orders (customer orders that have not been completed) and "backdate" all of your payment and order dates. Once your BridalLive mirrors your existing system, you can turn off your old system and move forward exclusively with BridalLive. When it comes to importing customers, we recommend only importing those customers that have current orders or appointments with you.
Do you have iPad/Tablet Access?
Yes! All plans include access to BridalLive via the Tablet's Internet Browser (Safari, Chrome, etc).
How are software updates handled with BridalLive?
Updates for your plan will always be automatic and FREE!
What is the QuickBooks module/add-on and how does it work?
The QuickBooks module allows you to automatically export data from BridalLive to your QuickBooks (see the QuickBooks article & video). The QuickBooks module is available with the Standard & Elite Plans.
What countries and languages does BridalLive support?
BridalLive is available in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, and German. We currently support the following countries: the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Romania, Denmark, Luxembourg, Mexico, and Switzerland. Countries outside of the BridalLive supported countries will not be able to access BridalLive. If you are interested in BridalLive and are located in one of the countries that are not yet supported, please email us at sales@bridallive.com.
Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?
Yes, you may upgrade your plan at any time by navigating to the Settings - Account Settings area within your BridalLive program and clicking "Change Plan".

What is your cancellation policy?
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no contracts with BridalLive. All plans come with a 30 Day Free Trial. We currently do not offer refunds or pro-rations.
