If you have Attention Items in BridalLive in the top right area, BridalLive is trying to let you know that you may have some information that is past due or needs your attention. The attention item filters are linked below if they are not specific to a particular date.
Incomplete Past Appointments:
Any appointments that are not complete with a start date in the past, will show up under this filter. BridalLive recommends that all appointments are completed at the time of completion, or at least at the end of the day. This is because BridalLive will only be able to calculate the Closing Ratio for Associates on completed appointments. Any Smart Flows triggered by completing the appointment, these Smart Flows will not get kicked off until the appointment is completed. If you have a large amount of incomplete past appointments, you can Bulk complete all of these by selecting all incomplete past appointments select Bulk Actions Mark as Completed. This will not trigger the Smart Flows for these appointments.
Past Due Tasks:
This filter will notate any tasks that have been assigned to any users, as well as any Unassigned Tasks that were due prior to today. Tasks can be assigned manually or through the trigger of Smart Flows. You may want to check these pending Tasks and make sure they do not need to be done. If all of the Tasks have physically been completed, and just not completed in BridalLive, you can complete these in bulk by opening your Past Due Tasks filter, select all tasks, go to Bulk Actions Mark as Completed.
Pending Sales:
In BridalLive, you should not have any pending Sales, as the Sale transaction type is intended to be a transaction all completed at once. The Sale transaction type is generally used for Quick Sale items and would be used for items sold off the rack, paid in full, that the customer would be taking home at the same time. To correct your pending Sales in BridalLive, you will need to take a look at each Sale. If the pending Sale was just a transaction that was created in mistake, you can delete all payments, then delete the transaction. You may also choose to Void this transaction if you would like to keep a record of it in BridalLive. For any pending Sales that have a Balance Due, you will need to either add the payment that was not recorded in BridalLive or if the customer is planning to make payments, you will need to convert to a Layaway or a Special Order. You can convert the Sale by going to More Actions Convert to Special Order or Convert to Layaway. You will convert to a Layaway if the item is being sold from your current In-Stock Inventory. You will convert to a Special Order if you will be ordering the items with the vendor.
Pending SOs with Past Event Dates:
BridalLive transactions should be completed when the goods are exchanged. If the Event Date has already taken place, the items should already have been taken home, meaning the transaction is completed. When a transaction is completed, BridalLive will apply the Sales Tax for this transaction to the Sales Tax Reports.
Pending Receiving Vouchers:
You create a Receiving Voucher in BridalLive when you have received the items from your designer for the associated Purchase Order. A Receiving Voucher should not be created unless you have the items in the store, so you can ensure all items are correct. Once the items have been reviewed, you will want to complete the Receiving Voucher. This means that you will generally not have any pending Receiving Vouchers in BridalLive and should review all in your Attention Items.
Late Purchase Orders:
This Attention Item can be customized in your Purchasing Preferences by changing the timing on the Pending POs past Shipping Window field. This will alert you when you have any pending Purchase Orders that are past your shipping date by your set amount of weeks listed in your settings.
