Account Manager - Click the ? in the top right of BridalLive and select Contact Us. You will see your Account Manager's direct number and booking calendar to schedule a call.
*All support requests are best answered via phone or email, but if you do send an SMS request to your Account Manager, you are implying consent to reply to your SMS. BridalLive will not text marketing or promotional material and will only reply to the current request. SMS will not result in a quicker response time and actually may delay a response as most information regarding support cannot be relayed via SMS and will require a phone or email response.
*BridalLive Pay Weekend / After Hours Support
1. A reboot will solve most terminal issues.
- Mobile terminal - hold the yellow and # key while the device is unplugged.
- Hard-wired terminal - unplug the power cord from the wall and leave out for 30 seconds then replace it and allow it to fully reboot.
- Once rebooted, navigate in BridalLive to Settings > Integrations > Merchant Account and click the icon to the right of your Merchant Identifier for 'Get Terminals' to pull in all updates to your terminal. Do this on all devices connected to the terminal.
2. If you need weekend or after-hours terminal support, please call Fullsteam at 334-329-6775, ext 4. Fullsteam will not be able to help with your BridalLive system questions.
