The BridalLive Community is an exclusive group for Bridal Store owners that are BridalLive customers. This community is to share ideas and best practices about running a bridal store while using BridalLive.
To become a member you must be an active (paying) user of a BridalLive product and/or service. This includes clients on the following plans: Basic, Standard, Standard Plus or Elite. Click here to view our plans.
Please be respectful of your fellow members. We created this group to foster community among our customers and allow the sharing of ideas, tips, and tricks!
The Community is not for support-related questions. Please use the help center for those types of questions or reach out to your Account Manager by going to the ? in the top right of BridalLive and select Contact Us.
How to join
If you are on either the Basic, Standard, Standard Plus, or Elite plans:
- Log into your Facebook Profile. *Only personal profiles will be able to join the BridalLive Community.
- Go to the BridalLive Community
- Click the Join Group button
- Answer the membership questions
- Read the group rules
Your membership questions will be reviewed during our regular business hours.
*TO BE APPROVED: You must submit all membership questions and agree to the group rules. Your Facebook profile name must be associated with your BridalLive account as an active User and the shop must have an active (paying) BridalLive subscription. Once the BridalLive account is no longer active, your BridalLive Community membership will be removed.
