If you’ve forgotten your BridalLive password or need to reset it, follow the simple steps below. A username associated with an email address is required to complete this process.
Step 1: Receive the Password Reset Email
After initiating a password reset, you will receive an email like the one shown below. Click the reset link provided to begin the process.
If you have performed a password reset for your BridalLive user, and you do not receive the email below, you may have previously began the reset password process but not completed it by clicking the link to reset your password. Please search your email account for an email with the subject "BridalLive Password Reset". If you cannot locate the email, you will need to have an Administrator assist.

Step 2: Get Your New Password
Once you click the link, a second email will be sent containing your new temporary password.

Copy the new password provided.

Go to BridalLive and log in using your current username and the new password. Copying and pasting from your email to BridalLive will ensure you have all the characters correct.

Once logged in, navigate to Users in Settings.

Click Edit next to your user, then Update Password to create a personalized, secure password.
