If you are having trouble logging in to BridalLive, you can retrieve your username or reset your password from the login screen.
Retrieve Your Username
If you do not remember your username:
On the BridalLive login screen, select Trouble logging in? Retrieve username or reset password.
Click Retrieve Username.
Enter the email address associated with your BridalLive user account.
Check your email for a message containing your username.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Reset Your Password
If you know your username but need to reset your password:
On the BridalLive login screen, select Trouble logging in? Retrieve username or reset password.
Click Reset Password.
Enter your BridalLive username.
Click Reset Password.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Important:
The password reset link will expire after 15 minutes.
Create a New Password
Open the password reset email.
Click Reset Your Password.
Enter your new password.
Your password must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 12 characters
Include uppercase and lowercase letters
Include numbers (0–9)
Include symbols
Must not contain personal or identifying information, such as:
Your name
Your email address
Your store name
As you create your password, indicators will appear showing when each requirement has been met.
Click Reset Password to complete the process.
Once your password has been successfully updated, you will be automatically logged in to your BridalLive account.
If You Do Not Have an Email Address on Your User
Password reset emails require that your BridalLive user account has an email address associated with it.
If your username does not have an email address linked to it, you will need to contact a store Administrator to reset your password.
Administrator users are required to have an email address and can update user passwords within:
Settings → Users
Common Issues When Resetting Your Password
I did not receive the password reset email
Confirm you entered the correct username or email address.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Search your inbox for “BridalLive Password Reset.”
If you still cannot locate the email, your account may not have an email address associated with it. In this case, please contact your store Administrator for assistance.
My password reset link expired
For security reasons, password reset links expire after 15 minutes.
If your link has expired, simply repeat the password reset process from the login screen to generate a new link.
I do not know my username
Use the Retrieve Username option on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your BridalLive user account and your username will be sent to you.
I still cannot log in
