Internet Download Speeds - (If speeds are slower than 5Mbps, you could notice slowness within BridalLive and will need at least 5Mbps per device connected to the Internet for BridalLive Pay terminal connection.)
What to do if the Internet is down:

You can access the below documents via PDF. You may want to keep a few printed copies for an emergency, but if you are already in an emergency, you can head to your local print shop to have a few printed. If anyone can share the Internet from their smartphone to the computer, you can use the computer to print off the PDF documents below and then turn off the sharing feature so it does not drain your smartphone's data. If you have unlimited data or are not worried about data charges, you can continue to share a hotspot from a device to your computer. You can also use some features of BridalLive directly from your phone.
- Adding Contacts - use a blank contact sheet to keep track of any new contacts while your Internet is down.
- Adding Appointments - use a blank appointment sheet to record any appointments taken that day
- Taking Payments - If you can call your credit card processor, you can call them and make payments over the phone. You can temporarily record contact information along with all card details (card number, expiration date, CVV code) or call the customer when the Internet has returned to take payment. *Shred any documents with card details once entered into BridalLive*

BridalLive Operations Status - Subscribe to email updates. The BridalLive Status page will let you know if BridalLive is having an outage. You will be able to check this page to know when BridalLive is back operational as well. Once BridalLive has established an outage, you do not need to report the outage. BridalLive phones will all be sent to voicemail so we can have all hands on deck to solve the issue(s) and return the system to operational as quickly as possible. BridalLive cannot provide an estimated return time for the system, as the goal is to return the system to an operational state as quickly as possible.

Print the following documents to have on hand until BridalLive is back operational.
- Adding Contacts - use a blank contact sheet to keep track of any new contacts while your Internet is down.
- Adding Appointments - use a blank appointment sheet to record any appointments taken that day
- Taking Payments - If you use an integrated credit card processor, take payments externally through your credit card processor's online portal until BridalLive is operational again. With BridalLive Pay, you can use your Virtual Terminal to take payments if you cannot access BridalLive.

BridalLive has a 99.91% uptime on all BridalLive systems, in the event your Internet, BridalLive software, or BridalLive Pay cannot connect, you will want to have backups in place as technology interruptions can occur.
