At BridalLive, security is a top priority. To improve account security, BridalLive will be enforcing new password requirements starting Tuesday, March 25. If your current password does not meet these updated standards, you will be prompted to reset it—as long as your username has an email address associated with it.
If no email address is linked to your username, you may be unable to log in once the update takes effect. To prevent any disruption, please take a moment to add an email address and update your password now by going to Settings > Users. If you need help creating a secure, strong password, you can use a password generator like Norton Password Generator.
We strongly encourage all users to make these updates in advance to ensure uninterrupted access to their BridalLive account after March 25.
New Password Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Must not contain identifying information (username, first name, last name, user email address, company name, company address)
