  • At the top right of the screen, you can select specific dates and providers to narrow down the social feed.
  • Chatmeter will only be able to start pulling in information once social credentials are added. 
The page section under summary will allow you to narrow down on metrics for your social sites for the selected time frame. The page defaults to Last Week (last 7 days).  
  • Total Page Followers: This will show you total followers and the change in followers for the selected time frame. Red would be 
  • Total Posts Published By Business: Number of posts during selected time frame 
The LBV box under summary will allow you to narrow down the summary of just Social LBV Score for the selected time frame. 
  • Posts - The Social Posts Score measures the number of posts a location’s social media page has made over the past week. There is an expectation set of 2 posts per week, and the score is determined based on how close the location page is to meeting that goal.
  • Fans - The Social Fans Score measures the number of social fans a location’s social media page has accumulated over time and generates a projected target of fan growth over time. The score is determined by how close the location page is to meeting its mark.
  • Tags - The Social Tags Score measures the number of tags a location page has accumulated over time and generates a projected target of tag growth over time. The score is determined by how close the location page is to meeting its mark.
The Engagement box under summary will allow you to narrow down the summary of Engagement metrics for the selected time frame. 
  • Total Impressions: The total number of times a post from your page is viewed
  • Total Engagements: The amount of time someone interacted with your post through a like or heart. 
  • Engagement Rates: This is the total number of engagements by the total number of impressions.
The Google page box under the summary allows you to narrow down to questions left on your Google Business Profile Questions and Answers for the selected time frame:
  • Questions: these are questions that are left on your Google Business Profile listings for the selected time frame. 
  • Answers: How many answers were provided for the questions left on your Google Business Profile listings for the selected time frame. 
  • Missing Business Reply: The amount of questions that have not been replied to on you Google Business Profile listings for the selected time frame.
