The Pulse Tab reads through the reviews and pulls out the most popular topics. Those are listed as the Hot Topic list.
Click on the three dots to find new trending topics, edit the topic set, delete a topic set, or download the statements from your topics.
On the left side of the screen, you can select a specific date range as well as filter down to specific topics, sentiments, or providers.
The Sentiment Breakdown shows you the percentage of each topics in regards to how often it is appearing in the reviews.
The Average Sentiment chart shows historical trends of topics over time.
The Topic Sentiment Breakdown chart shows which topics are more positive or more negative across all instances in the selected time period.
This bar chart can be used to determine what elements of your business are working and not working.
We break down each review to individual statements and then analyze each to identify topics and determine the sentiment of each topic. Based on that, the overall statement receives a sentiment score from very positive to very negative.
By default, this section will only show the statements identified. Clicking on the show reviews checkbox, you will see the review that contains the original statement.
