BridalLive’s Reputation Management Notifications allow you to receive timely alerts about important activity across your online reviews, social channels, and reputation tasks. Notifications help ensure that you can take immediate action on events that matter most to your business.

Types of Notifications
You can create notifications for the following event types:
Review Received
Review Updated

Task Assigned
Task Overdue
Social Post Failed

Setting How You Receive Notifications
Notifications appear by default in the BridalLive Reputation Management dashboard under the bell icon in the top right corner. You can optionally enable additional delivery methods, including email and popups.
To set your preferences:
Log in to your BridalLive Reputation Management account.
Select the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right.
On your My Profile page, adjust your Notification Preferences toggles for Email and Popup notifications as desired.
Select Save.
Note:
If you have already acknowledged a notification within the dashboard, the corresponding email notification will not be sent.
Email notifications are sent every 15 minutes by default. You can update this interval to every 5 or 30 minutes if preferred.
