BridalLive's Digital Signature feature will allow your customers to sign receipts, sales agreements, and pick up slips all from your signature-capable terminals. BridalLive will store these signatures to print for future references. The Digital Signature feature is intended to be used with an iPad, but it will also work with a computer and a mouse.
This feature is currently available on the Standard Plus and Elite plans. If you are on the Standard or Basic plan, you'll need to upgrade your plan to utilize this feature.

You can choose which payment methods for which you would like to REQUIRE a signature. Click the box next to payment methods and select each payment method you would like to use with the digital signature. If you would like to add a new payment method, you can do that here.
You can choose which transaction types for which you would like to REQUIRE a signature. Click the box next to transaction types and select each type you would like to use with the digital signature. You can use the digital signature feature for all transaction types when the digital signature feature is set to yes. If you set specific transaction types to be REQUIRED, then you will not be able to leave that screen without getting a digital signature first.
*You will want to make sure you remove the signature lines from all Sales Agreements that you will be using with the Digital Signature feature. Edit your Sales Agreements
