- Elite or Standard Plus BridalLive Plan (BridalLive Pricing)
- Integrated Credit Card Processor (Merchant Account Settings)
- You will want to make sure that you are not adding or editing Payment Plans if you are outside of your Company Profile Time Zone.
- AutoPay Payment Plans will be charged from 9 am - 10 am of your Company Profile Time Zone
- Payment Plan Reminder emails and SMS will be sent on the days set before at 12 pm of your Company Profile
- Only active Elite and Standard Plus subscriptions will be able to access and charge Payment Plans. If your subscription is suspended, canceled, or downgraded, all active Payment Plans will be put On Hold and will need to be individually placed back to Active status.
