You can have a Payment Plan Agreement that your customers can digitally sign with the MX925 and MX915 terminal and BridalLive Pay, by requesting the signature or directly inside of BridalLive with an iPad or mouse.
Add Payment Plan Agreements
Navigate to the Sales Agreements under Settings > Point of Sale > Sales Agreements.
Click the purple Add button to list the sales agreement options.
Custom Payment Plan Agreement - This agreement can be used by sending an email with a signature request to the customer, allowing the customer to sign the agreement on their own device. You can also have the customer sign in-store with a mouse or an iPad.
Custom Payment Plan Terminal Agreement - This agreement can be used with the MX925 and the MX915 terminal and BridalLive Pay. The customer will sign the payment plan terminal agreement on the terminal.
Payment Plan Agreement Signature
Once you have your Payment Plan Sales Agreements in BridalLive, you will be able to have your customers sign digitally on the agreement. Open the transaction, go to More Actions, click Add Payment Plan, or View Payment Plan if your plan has already been created.
Sign Agreement In-Store
You will see the option to Sign the Payment Plan Agreements set up in your Sales Agreements settings. If you have the MX925/MX915 and setup a terminal agreement, the terminal agreement will have the terminal icon to the right. Once you click the agreement to sign, BridalLive will direct you to a pop-up to sign the agreement or send the agreement to the terminal. Once the agreement is signed, you will see a green Sign button and can view or email the agreement with signature to the customer by clicking Send Email at the bottom of the Payment Plan.
Request Signature
In BridalLive you can Request Signature for the Payment Plan Agreement. This will allow the store to send the customer an email and/or an SMS with a link to review the agreement and sign. *You do not need to have the Client Portal enabled to request the signature.
Your customer will open the email or SMS to sign the agreement.
Your BridalLive account will receive a notification letting you know you have a new signature for a Payment Plan Agreement.
You can also review your Online Signature Submissions by going to Online Tools in the top menu and select Signatures set the dropdown to Payment Plans.

Email Signed Agreement with Payment Plan Overview
Open your Payment Plan, click Send Email.
Select Payment Plan - Overview email template, Preview your email template to make sure all info looks good, and click Send.
