Initial Power On

1. Connect the terminal to the power supply.
2. Please note, it is recommended the terminal charge for at least 16 hours upon first plug in. Once the initial charge has been completed, the terminal will only require 2 hours to fully charge when needed
3. Once the battery is fully charged, remove the power cable from the terminal
4. To power on the terminal, hold down the green key
5. The terminal will enter “stand by” mode when idle to save battery
6. To wake up the terminal from “stand by” mode, press the green key 

Activation

1. It can take up to 5 minutes for POSTrack to display the Activation Code after the terminal is connected to POSTrack 
2. After initial activation, reboot the terminal 

Rebooting the Terminal

1. This should allow for the first transaction to be processed successfully.
2. To reboot the terminal, hold down the period [.,’] and yellow keys together for a few seconds and it will reboot
3. The terminal should begin to reboot 

Connect to WiFi

To connect to your WiFi Network, follow the below steps: 

1. Enter 2 6 3 4 on the terminal and press the grey menu button 
2. Select “control panel”  
3. Select “terminal settings”  
4. Select “Communication means”  
5. Select “WiFi”  
6. Scan available networks and select your network 
7. Enter your password and select the green key
