Connect your PAX device to the Internet
- Turn on the device by holding down the power button on the right side of the device
- Please let the device boot up until you see the Welcome screen
- Swipe up at the bottom of the screen for a black footer with a triangle
- Double-click the triangle
- Enter the PAX password pax9876@@
- You will be taken to the Android home screen
- Click the Settings (gear) icon
- Enter your PAX password pax9876@@
- Select Network & Internet
- Select Wi-Fi
- Select your Wi-Fi from the list
- Enter your Wi-Fi password - you can select the checkbox next to Show password to see what you are typing
- Click Connect
- Once you enter the correct password for your selected Wi-Fi, you will see your Wi-Fi name displayed with Connected underneath. You can click on the Wi-Fi name to gather more data like the Signal strength connection to the device.
- Click the small circle at the bottom of the device to return to the Home screen
*The Aries8 can be connected with Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The A920Pro and A77 are Wi-Fi only.*
Connect your PAX device to your BridalLive Pay MerchantTrack Account
*If you have not enabled your Merchant Track Single Sign-On, you will need to do that first - MerchantTrack Single Sign On (SSO)*
- Open MerchantTrack by clicking on your name in the top right of BridalLive and selecting MerchantTrack
- Select Terminals > Activate Terminal
- Your Merchant Name will be listed
- Select PAX as the Terminal Manufacturer
- Select your correct Device Model No (A920Pro, A77, Aries8)
- Enter the Serial Number. You will locate this on the back of the device starting with S/N: 0000000000. Please see the red arrow below on where to find the S/N on the A920Pro, A77, and Aries8.

- Enter the Description for your device. This will be a unique name for this terminal in your shop.
- Click the purple Activate button. Please note that activation can take several minutes depending on the terminal type.
- Terminal may enter some other screens will activating and booting up. Please allow the device to fully activate and boot up. Will be ready when you see the Welcome screen.
Link BridalLive to the Device and Test a Payment

Take Associate Tips with BridalLive Pay
Once your device is activated and set up in BridalLive, you can set your terminal up to accept tips! Review our guide here for more info.
BridalLive Pay Reporting
BridalLive Pay has many options for payment reporting. To access reports in BridalLive, navigate to Reports in the bottom left and select BridalLive Pay Reports. Please also review your End of Day processes at the top of BridalLive. This will allow you to review all payments inside BridalLive and your MerchantTrack account for payment reconciliation.
Payment Search - This report gives you a list of all BridalLive Pay payments from your MerchantTrack received during a particular time frame. Run this report at the end of every day as part of your reconciliation process.
Funding Report - This report shows you payment funding details
Tip Report - This report displays a summary of tips for associates.
Tip Item Journal - This report displays a detailed breakdown of all payments that have tips for associates.
Pre-Authorized Payments - This report displays a detailed breakdown of all payments that have tips for associates.
To locate your monthly Merchant Statement and further payment-specific reporting, please user MerchantTrack by clicking your name in the top right and selecting Open MerchantTrack. *If you do not see this button, please enable your MerchantTrack Single Sign On
