Our API (application programming interface) allows you to take your BridalLive usage to the next level.
Getting Started
Step #1: Obtain Approval
Before you can begin making calls against the BridalLive API, you must be approved. To obtain approval, please Apply for API Access. We grant approval based on the volume of requests expected and other factors.
Step #2: Review API Documentation
Once you've obtained approval, your Retailer ID and API Key will become available within the BridalLive application. To gain access to this information, navigate to Settings Account API Access. Additionally, this page will contain our API documentation which provides sample POSTMAN files and a video tutorial on how to get started with the API.
Step #3: Play in the Sandbox
When you are ready to make your calls against the API, you must test them using our API Sandbox. The links to the API sandbox are found in the API documentation provided on the API Access section of the Account page within BridalLive. If custom development is not tested in your QA environment before calling in production, your access may be turned off. To request access to a QA account, please email help@bridallive.com.
Please note: Any support issues that arise from the use or misuse of the API will be billed as API Support. Please allow 3–5 business days for all API assistance responses.
Developer support is not included in the standard BridalLive subscription. If assistance from our development team is required, it will be billed at $299 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. This service does not include custom development but is available for troubleshooting or guidance regarding your own custom development.
All BridalLive accounts with API access enabled will incur a monthly API usage fee, which is separate from your subscription and any additional software components.
