When your bride is first sent to the Client Portal, you will want them to register their event! This is what allows your brides to do the work for you!
Once you receive an Event Registration submission notification in BridalLive, you can get this information added to their BridalLive Account.
When you click on your Client Portal notification Event Registration, BridalLive will open the information submitted by your head party member. Any information that is getting updated on the BridalLive Contact will show as yellow. The party members submitted will show here as well.
Adding Party Members:
Each party member is submitted via the head of the party. You can take two actions upon each member: Link and Add New.
Link - The Link button on the Members portion of the Event Registration allows you to link the bridesmaid to their already existing Contact in BridalLive. This keeps you from having duplicate contacts in your BridalLive system. You do not need to link the bridesmaid to the bride here, as the submission already has them linked. You would only select to Link if the contact has already been added to the BridalLive system.

Add New - The Add New button on the Members portion of the Event Registration allows you to add the party member as a new contact in BridalLive if they are not yet in the system.

Once you have all members either linked or added as a contact in BridalLive, you can complete the Event Registration by clicking the Update Event Information button. This will officially save all information to each contact and to the head party member as their Event Details and Party Members.
