You can manage which Inventory Items, Departments, and Vendors appear in your Lookbook, either in bulk or one at a time. If your BridalLive website includes the Lookbook feature for collections, these same steps control which items are visible or hidden to customers browsing your site. Before You Begin
Make sure the Lookbook feature is enabled for your account.
Go to Settings > Company > Client Portal.
Ensure Lookbook is checked.
Save your changes.
Enabling Items for the Lookbook
Option 1: Enable in Bulk
Hover over Inventory and select Search Items.
Apply any filters to narrow down your results.
Use the checkbox at the top left to select all items you want to update.
Click Bulk Actions > Change Lookbook Visibility > Show on Lookbook.
Your selected items will now display in your Lookbook.
Option 2: Enable Individually
Hover over Inventory and select Search Items.
Open the item you’d like to appear in your Lookbook.
Scroll down below the Item Type field.
Check Show on Lookbook.
Click Save.
Enabling Departments for the Lookbook
In Bulk
Go to Inventory > Search Departments.
Select the checkbox for all applicable departments.
Choose Bulk Actions > Change Lookbook Visibility > Show on Lookbook.
Individually
Open a department record.
Check Enable Category Filter on Lookbook.
Click Save.
Enabling Vendors for the Lookbook
In Bulk
Go to Inventory > Search Vendors.
Select the checkbox for all applicable vendors.
Choose Bulk Actions > Change Lookbook Visibility > Show on Lookbook.
Individually
Open a vendor record.
Check Enable Designer Filter on Lookbook.
Click Save.
Once complete, your Lookbook will display all selected items, departments, and vendors for your clients to browse.
